Riad Jaaneman - Marrakesh

Riad Jaaneman is a serene oasis amidst the bustling Medina. My beautifully decorated Gemeaux Double or Twin Room offered tranquility after exploring the vibrant markets. The staff, especially Mohamed, provided excellent service, including thoughtful recommendations and delicious breakfast by the courtyard pool.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, particularly good bathroom and climate control, a personal safe, and a seating area in the room. Appetising food, delicious breakfast.

Magnificent location right next to souk. Great trip in this upscale area close to the centre of the medina as well as the medina all within 30 seconds;)))

everything was nice, excellent location close to the alley where the riad is located, riad jaaneman and the bustling exotic medina of marrakech, caring staff. really enjoyed staying at the twin/double room with a comfortable four poster bed, a full library and ac.

Absolutely amazing and clean hotel with friendly multilingual and helpful staff with exceptional service. Location just next door to the centre of Marrakesh excellent location as well as the interior gardens. Also, in a very safe area...

Riad Jaaneman totally exceeded my expectations! The Nefelibata suite offered such cozy vibes with beautiful decor, and breakfast by the pool was great, it felt gourmet every morning. Only downside, the check-in took a bit longer than I hoped due to a busy day for the staff.

The service was great! Mohammed went out of his way to greet us and shared the best tips for exploring the area. And breakfast by the pool every morning while enjoying fresh fruit and perfectly cooked eggs was surreal.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was more than acceptable.

Staying at Riad Jaaneman was amazing! The design felt authentic and charming. My room, the Nefelibata, had exquisite decor and offered a cozy vibe. Each morning brought good fresh breakfasts by the pool, with options like eggs, pastries, and local bread. Mohammed was cute, meeting me upon arrival and discussing nearby attractions, made exploring so much easier. The peaceful atmosphere inside was a major bonus after busy days in the markets. The rooftop terrace provided a perfect sunset view. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected because the staff seemed a little stretched that day. The experience was heartwarming and nice, despite a minor delay.

Consider asking for personalized dining recommendations. The staff is knowledgeable about local favorites that enhance the experience.

The fine hotel is conveniently located near the souks.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few issues. One major disappointment was the breakfast timing. It only starts at 8:30 AM. As we had an early tour, the staff declined our request for a simple meal at 7 AM. our room's shower head needed descaling, and there was a notable lack of assistance when we checked out early, resulting in a long walk to our transport with our luggage.

The decor was fine, and I loved the peaceful courtyard. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable with fruits and eggs. Lahcen was a wonderful host

What an very nice stay! The breakfasts by the pool were genuinely gourmet, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Each room had its unique charm, reflecting Moroccan elegance. the only downside was the minor issue with the check-in process that took a bit longer than expected.

The decor was gorgeous, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We visited nearby attractions like Djemaa el Fna and the Medersa Ben Youssef, just a short walk away. Relaxing on the rooftop during sunset was a highlight.

We faced a minor inconvenience when we checked out early. The porter didn't assist with our luggage, made our exit a bit stressful.
